What Affects Your Price
Volume
The biggest factor. How much space your junk takes up in our truck determines the base price.
Weight
Every load includes a generous weight allowance (1.5 tons included). Very heavy material like concrete, dirt, shingles is quoted by weight at $54/ton beyond the allowance.
Access
Curbside is our lowest price. Garage or ground-floor pickup adds a small posted charge; stairs or basement adds a little more (capped at $120). You pick your option at booking and see the exact number before you confirm.
What's in your price — all of it
Your locked price includes labor, loading, hauling, disposal, and cleanup. The only possible add-ons — access, heavy material, same-day — are shown before you confirm. Nothing is added after booking.

Pricing is based primarily on the volume of space your items take up in our truck. We also factor in weight for heavy items like concrete or dirt, where your items sit (curbside is our lowest price), and any special handling needed for things like hot tubs or pianos. You always get an upfront quote before we start.
Are there any hidden fees?
The price you confirm at booking is the price you pay. Before you confirm, we show any applicable access charge (garage or stairs), heavy-material charge (concrete, dirt, or shingles beyond 1.5 tons at $54/ton), or same-day charge. Nothing is ever added after booking — and there are no fuel surcharges or per-mile fees, anywhere we serve.
Why is curbside cheaper?
If your items are already outside and reachable, we skip the in-home labor — so you pay less. Move items to the driveway before we arrive and the access charge drops off entirely.
